Overview

Marketing Data Analyst – I’m working with a fast-growing, tech-led business in the finance space that’s looking to add a Marketing Data Analyst to the team. This is a great role if you enjoy digging into numbers, spotting patterns, and turning data into clear recommendations that help marketing teams work smarter.

You’ll analyze campaign performance across different digital channels, build dashboards that tell the real story, and help the business understand what’s driving growth (and what isn’t). This role has visibility and you’ll work closely with marketers, product managers, and other teams who are keen to use data in a smarter way.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing campaign performance and spotting trends
  • Building and maintaining reports and dashboards
  • Supporting targeting and segmentation decisions
  • Making data-driven recommendations on ROI, acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Feeding insights back to stakeholders in a way that makes sense to them

Qualifications

  • Solid experience in marketing analytics or data analysis
  • Confident with SQL and comfortable using analytics tools
  • Good understanding of KPIs, attribution, and marketing metrics
  • Ability to explain data clearly to non-technical people
  • Experience with Tableau/Looker would be a plus, not a must
