OverviewWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Co-ordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support our marketing efforts across digital platforms, with a focus on e-commerce management and social media engagement. This role requires a passion for luxury fashion, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to maintain our brand's premium positioning while connecting with our community.ResponsibilitiesE-commerce ManagementManage product uploads and updates on our Shopify platform, ensuring accurate product descriptions, pricing, and imageryAssist in optimising product pages for conversion and user experienceWork alongside the Merchandising Manager on product assortmentSupport the implementation of promotional campaigns on the websiteSocial Media ManagementCreate and schedule engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and PinterestMaintain a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and product launchesEngage with our online community through comments, messages, and user-generated contentIdentify and collaborate with potential influencers and brand partnersMonitor social media trends and adapt our strategy accordinglyMarketing SupportAssist in the creation and distribution of email marketing campaignsSupport wider digital efforts across email, paid advertising, and designHelp maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpointsCollaborate with the Brand Manager on content production, including organising shoots and studio bookingsAssist in creative elements such as PR line sheets and other marketing collateralQualificationsRequiredBachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Fashion, Communications, or related field1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in fashion or luxury sectorsStrong understanding of social media platforms and best practicesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented with strong organisational abilitiesPreferredExperience with e-commerce platforms, particularly ShopifyExperience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred)Knowledge of SEO principlesExperience with social media management tools (Later, Hootsuite, etc.)Understanding of analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics)Basic knowledge of creative applications, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)Personal AttributesPassion for luxury fashionCreative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and detailSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamAdaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skillsSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketing and SalesIndustriesWe’re committed to equal employment opportunity.
