OverviewThe Sales & Marketing team look after our customers and help them through one of the most important parts of their lives; finding and buying a new home. We pride ourselves on putting customers first, and sales and marketing are a key part in making that vision a reality. Our Sales & Marketing teams, both locally and nationally, work together to make sure we’re showing people the perfect home for them. There’s a wide variety of roles that include building and maintaining websites, running marketing campaigns, answering customers’ questions, being on hand to guide and support them through the purchase and personalisation of their brand new home; and of course making sure they’re happy after they’ve bought. Some of the team work on-site in sales and marketing showrooms, and others support from the office but at its core the team are here to make sure customers are getting what they need from us and finding the perfect home.Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation of marketing plans as defined by Marketing Manager.ResponsibilitiesSupport the implementation of the three month rolling divisional marketing plan ensuring that all plans are maintained and kept up to dateUtilise group systems to book media and support in creating on and offline collateral according to group templates, including briefing, quotations, booking, and approvalsLiaise with agencies and suppliers to ensure that collateral is produced and media is booked according to timescales specified on marketing planEnsure media and creative costings are input and maintained on rolling divisional marketing planProduce and manage all CRM and external supplier emails and SMSManage all development websites ensuring content is regularly refreshed and Tone of Voice is on brandPrepare all new development website content, ensuring strong imagery and engaging content is usedPrepare a monthly email and SMS performance analysis reportAttend weekly and monthly marketing meetings contributing where necessarySupport the marketing manager to deliver best in class content on the divisional web pagesCommission new photography when necessaryDevelop and maintain workflow links and relationships with key stakeholders i.e. Sales team, approved agencies, Regional Marketing Manager, Technical teamConduct site visits and audits when requiredAttend site launch events and site visits when required to support performanceSupport the Sales and Marketing team with customer call outs when requiredQualifications & RequirementsMost importantly, someone with a pro-active attitude and a willingness to learnStrong organisational skills with ability to multi-task and manage time effectivelyHigh level of IT literacy with ability to learn and utilise a range of different IT systemsStrong copy writing and verbal communication skillsCreative thinker with analytical capabilityAbility to work as part of a team and under own initiativeWillingness to embrace change and adapt to new ways of workingAbility to build strong relationships with internal colleagues and external agenciesIdeally a marketing qualification however, training will be providedBenefits & DiversityWe’ve been nationally recognised as a 5 star housebuilder since 2010 for supplying high-quality homes for all generations.
