This is a hybrid role working 3 days a week in the Nottingham head office.RoleWe’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our global Marketing team to support content creation and coordination across channels, including written pieces, infographics, videos, webinars and podcasts. You will help grow our social media presence on LinkedIn and YouTube and contribute to engaging campaigns.This role is suitable for someone with some marketing experience who wants to advance their career with a fast-growing, innovative company.ResponsibilitiesKeep the website up-to-date and engaging.Support data management in our CRM (NetSuite) and Marketing Automation System (HubSpot).Help grow our presence on social channels (LinkedIn, X, YouTube) and work with agencies and external suppliers to implement marketing ideas.Support events (in-person and virtual), including organizing branded merchandise for conferences.Take the lead on small marketing projects from start to finish.Manage purchasing processes (raising POs, sharing invoices, setting up new suppliers).Support refinement of scientific posters and other technical marketing collateral.Design and coordinate creative assets for events and digital/print materials.Develop social campaigns focusing on topics in the drug discovery field to grow presence on LinkedIn and YouTube.Skills & QualificationsA-Level or equivalent qualification. At least one year’s experience in a marketing role.Enthusiasm for grasping and engaging with complex scientific concepts.Great communication and organizational skills.Positive, can-do attitude with problem-solving mindset.Good IT and Microsoft Office skills.
