Overview Our client is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator who thrives at the crossroads of marketing and education. Marketing & CommunicationsLead the planning, design, and delivery of creative social media campaigns (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook). Website & ContentMaintain and update website content to ensure it is engaging, accurate, and SEO-optimised. Content SchedulingManage monthly content schedules for blogs, newsletters, and campaigns. Agency CollaborationLiaise with the external marketing agency to coordinate campaign design, advertising, and brand promotion. Brand & CommunicationsEnsure all communications reflect the client\'s brand voice, values, and inclusivity standards. CRM & Digital EngagementManage and optimise the CRM system, using data to segment audiences and personalise campaigns. Analytics & ReportingMonitor engagement metrics and produce reports to inform recruitment and marketing strategy. Automation & WorkflowsSupport campaign automation and workflows to improve user journeys and efficiency. Curriculum & Content SupportAssist with the creation and editing of online learning content and digital curriculum materials. Quality & AccessibilityEnsure resources are high-quality, consistent, and accessible. Editorial SupportProvide editorial support including proofreading, formatting, and applying house style. Collaboration & TeamworkLiaise across departments to gather updates, success stories, and promotional opportunities. Marketing & CRM GuidanceCoordinate learner and employer feedback for marketing case studies and provide guidance to colleagues as required. Planning & EventsContribute to planning meetings, events, and cross-team projects.
Person Specification
EssentialExperience in marketing and content creation (ideally across multiple channels). Social Media & ToolsConfident managing social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer). CMS & SEOFamiliarity with CMS (WordPress or similar) and basic SEO. CRMExperience using CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce). CommunicationStrong writing, editing, and visual communication skills. Time ManagementExcellent time management and ability to balance multiple priorities. CollaborationA proactive, collaborative approach to team working. DesirableExperience in education, training, or apprenticeships. Educational TechFamiliarity with e-learning platforms (e.g. Moodle, Easygenerator). Design & MediaSkills in Canva, Adobe, or video editing tools. AccessibilityAwareness of accessibility and inclusivity in digital content.
