OverviewPROPOSED SALARY RANGE: £25,700 - £32,000 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. Flexible working will be part of the discussion at offer stage.Purpose of the roleJoin the BBC's dynamic TV Content Marketing team to deliver innovative content campaigns and marketing activity that help us to reach our target audience. You’ll work on an exciting slate of both scripted and unscripted content, on titles such as The Traitors, The Night Manager and Gladiators, to name a few. You’ll work across diverse media platforms, contribute to high-profile projects and grow your expertise in a supportive environment that values innovation and inclusion.Your key responsibilities and impactCampaign Delivery: Support in the delivery of effective and impactful creative work and ensure campaigns meet strategic objectives across media platforms.Organises all campaign collateral and documentation to maintain strong records of assets, plans, and performance of individual campaigns.Strategy and planning: Understands audience insight relevant to their campaigns and applies it to the creation of campaign assets.Relationships and Development: Assists in cross-team co-ordination across creative, media, social, and comms to ensure that campaign tactics are well understood and integrated across the teams for timely, integrated delivery.Ensure all marketing activity complies with BBC Editorial Guidelines and policies.Belonging, diversity and inclusionBenefits may vary if you are joining on an FTC basis. If you need to discuss adjustments or access requirements for the interview process or to carry out this role, please contact us to discuss.Experience and qualificationsDemonstrate experience in assisting and managing all aspects of a marketing campaign with a range of marketing and media techniques.Able to critically evaluate ideas, information and creative work.Experience in managing a high volume of campaign assets for different platforms and ensuring that they deliver to the planned media strategy.Organised and efficient with strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.Managing stakeholder relationships and able to collaborate across organisational boundaries.Desired but not required: Experience of working in the media from an agency or client side perspective.Awareness of digital trends and ability to incorporate them into marketing plans.Understanding of the 16-24-year-old audience and how best to engage/communicate with them.Information at a glanceThis is your BBC.
