You’ll also play a key role in managing creative requests, supporting campaign rollouts, and ensuring our brand continues to thrive across all channels.Key ResponsibilitiesE-commerce Support: Assist with website merchandising, tidying up product pages, and implementing optimisation improvements.Day-to-day optimisation of our Review, UGC & Search apps for optimum performance.Marketplace Support: Provide day-to-day support for product listings and updates.Creative Briefs & Design Management: Coordinate incoming creative requests, draft briefs, and manage the design process to ensure timely delivery.Creative: Design and deliver basic campaign and marketing assets using relevant design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and/or others.Retail & Distributor Support: Help prepare asset packs, support campaign planning, and deliver ad hoc marketing requests for trade partners.Paid Marketing: Support daily tasks, such as asset updates and ad copy.
