This role will play a key part in promoting our bathroom product ranges to our trade customers. You will be responsible for developing and executing engaging marketing content, managing digital and print campaigns, and ensuring our brand message is consistently delivered across all channels.This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced B2B environment and enjoys taking ownership of projects from concept through to delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & CampaignsDevelop engaging written, visual, and digital content for brochures, social media, email campaigns, website updates, and point-of-sale materials.Work with suppliers to gather and adapt marketing assets, product information, and imagery for campaigns.Create and edit product brochures and sales literature to support the sales team.Digital MarketingPlan and manage social media updates (LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms) to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.Assist in email marketing campaigns to drive traffic and leads.Keep the company website and online brochure up to date with new products, promotions, and news.Liaise with internal teams (sales, purchasing, operations) to align marketing campaigns with business priorities.Build strong relationships with external suppliers and partners to leverage joint marketing opportunities.Support area sales reps with marketing materials and campaigns tailored to their areas.Monitoring & ReportingTrack and analyse the success of marketing campaigns, digital engagement, and promotional activity.Provide clear reports and insights to management, making recommendations for improvement.Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify new opportunities.Brand & Event SupportEnsure consistent brand messaging and tone across all communications.Assist in planning and supporting trade shows, customer events, and product launches.Oversee the production of promotional items and display materials for customers.Skills & ExperienceExperience in a marketing role, ideally within B2B, distribution, or product-led industries (bathroom or interiors sector experience is a plus)Strong copywriting and editing skills with attention to detail.Competent in design and editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Quark or similar).Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media scheduling, email platforms, etc.).Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, report meaningful insights and proficient in Microsoft Excel.Pay, Conditions & BenefitsPermanent, Full Time (Part Time can be considered pro rata)Monday – Friday on-site35 hours a week: 9-5pm (incl1-hour unpaid lunch breaks)Salary £27kCompany Pension SchemeEmployee DiscountReports to: General Manager / DirectorsLocation: Office Based – Whitehills Park, Blackpool FY4 5PZ #J-18808-Ljbffr
