You will have the chance to work closely with an experienced team and get hands‑on exposure within Digital Marketing. As part of the Digital Marketing ABM team, your duties will aid the development and implementation of Global Relay’s ABM strategy. As the ABM coordinator, you will work closely with the ABM Manager to create and execute marketing tactics for key accounts. You will be responsible for a diverse range of account‑based marketing functions specific to gathering marketing data around focused accounts via research, coordination with other departments, and analysis. Working closely with the sales group, you will provide assistance with the planning and executing of various marketing initiatives, utilising the full range of marketing channels for these targeted accounts. Your responsibilities General
A clear and comprehensive understanding of how ABM works including:
The differentiation between key approaches (e.g., 1: few, 1: many, etc.) Difference and importance of middle‑of‑funnel vs bottom‑of‑funnel content and strategies Ability to talk confidently to key stakeholders about ABM and how it fits with the wider marketing offering
Demandbase
Completion of training to familiarise yourself with the platform Manage the update of key words within the platform
1‑Many campaign management
Managing the running of paid media and email campaigns with support from the ABM manager Monthly briefing of content and design teams to develop updated social ads Weekly analysis of campaign results and suggestions on how campaigns could be improved (including paid media and email campaigns)
Research
Account‑specific research to build out account profiles (incl. organisational structure, stakeholder mapping, latest news) Sub‑industry research (e.g., Insurance, Hedge Fund, Broker/Dealer, etc.) to inform 1‑Few messaging pillars, including pain points within these sectors
Account page creation support
Laying out the structure of the page following sales request Creative Wrike tickets for thumbnails as needed Briefing Wrike tickets for Website Manager to build the page or building of pages in Uberflip (training to be given) Miro board for page ‘templates’
Connectors direct mail project
Manage the fulfilment process for EMEA and oversee and assist NA
Day‑to‑day
Ensure Wrike tickets are up to date Prepare regular reports by collecting and analysing data Contribute to wider marketing initiatives as required Attend one‑to‑ones and provide feedback to support your ongoing development Creating and delivering presentations based on your analysis to senior managers Various other duties as required
About you
A degree, or equivalent work experience in the Marketing field 1 year of experience working within Sales and/or Marketing Must have good analytical and research skills Strong communication skills Ideally experience working with Salesforce
