We want to ensure potential employees are supported through the recruitment process, and we are happy to discuss any reasonable adjustments that are required at any stage of the process or upon joining GT.**The Role:**Greenberg Traurig, LLP seeks a Marketing & BD Coordinator to help organise and implement the marketing, business development and communication initiatives of the London office in coordination with the Director of Marketing & BD and the firm’s team of marketing professionals in London and across EMEA and the US. This new role has been created to support the continued growth of the London office and the expansion of its practices. Responsibilities: • Support the London marketing team, working closely with the Director of Marketing and BD, to implement the firm’s London marketing, business development and communications initiatives • Develop relationships with lawyers to serve as a point of contact for day-to-day marketing requests or events needs • Work with the Events & Marketing Specialist to coordinate all aspects of client events, from invitation to execution and follow-up, and help to maintain mailing lists • Help to prepare award nominations, directory submissions and responses to marketing surveys • Help to draft, edit and distribute marketing materials, internal newsletters, seminar materials, invitations, client updates, and other client communications • Support the creation of pitch materials, proposals, and responses to RFPs, and track results • Organise and maintain content for utilisation in pitch materials, marketing surveys, directories, and nominations • Assist with the flow of information from lawyers to the marketing team, including in relation to lawyer biographies, practice area description updates, experience tracking, news and activities data, and press releases • Collaborate with marketing professionals across the firm, including the communications team, marketing research team, RFP team, events team, and creative teams as needed**Experience, Skills and Personal Attributes:** • Excellent writing skills, oral communication, organisational skills and attention to detail are required. • Ability to learn quickly is essential • A self-starter and team player, able to accept direction, yet work autonomously • Excellent prioritisation, problem solving and time management skills • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment • Demonstrate a positive attitude and remain calm in the face of pressure • Ability to effectively interface with all levels of personnel within the organisation and with external clients • Strong client-first work ethic • High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) • Experience at a law firm or professional services firm is preferred but not essential • Previous experience in a marketing or business development role**Qualifications:**• College/Bachelor’s degree is required**No Fees Required**: GT will **never ask for payment for work equipment or network access**.
