About the role

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Marketing and Content Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a multifaceted professional who can seamlessly blend project management, marketing strategy, and content creation. You will be responsible for developing and executing compelling content strategies across all our channels, focusing on Social Media initially, managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, and building our brand\'s presence through captivating and engaging content. This is a hands-on role that requires a blend of creative flair, strategic thinking, and organisational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our business goals. Create and manage a content calendar, producing a wide range of engaging content, including articles, social media posts, videos, and email newsletters.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet established goals.
  • Social Media Management: Lead our social media efforts, developing and implementing a strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community growth. Manage all social media channels, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance monitoring.
  • Project Management: Utilise project management tools to track progress, manage resources, and ensure seamless collaboration across teams. Coordinate with designers, videographers, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality marketing assets.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyse content and campaign performance using data and analytics tools. Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership (Head of Growth), making data-driven recommendations to optimise future strategies.
  • Audience & Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest content trends, platform algorithm changes, and consumer behaviour to ensure our content remains relevant and effective.

Required skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a strong focus on content creation and social media.
  • A proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional copywriting and communication skills, with a strong ability to craft compelling and creative narratives.
  • Expertise in social media management and a deep understanding of content best practices across various platforms.
  • Excellent project management, organisational, and time-management skills.
  • A creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools, content management systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting on key marketing metrics.
  • Design and Editing experience within Capcut and Figma.
  • Team leadership. You will be managing one direct report.

Nice to have

  • Experience with paid media channels such as Meta, TikTok, and Google Ad’s.
  • Influencer marketing experience and management.
