Role overview

Content & Creative Marketing Manager responsible for owning and managing the global content creation schedule, shaping brand storytelling and tone of voice across all touchpoints for Scott Dunn. The role includes building global brand positioning across channels and markets, understanding the diverse guest base, and delivering cross-channel creative content aligned with brand values and KPIs to enable business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead content strategy — plan, execute, and deliver compelling, high-quality content across digital, print, video, and social platforms.
  • Manage global content production — oversee a busy content calendar, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns and timely delivery.
  • Craft impactful storytelling — collaborate with regional marketing leads to create narratives that showcase the “Why Scott Dunn” brand message.
  • Own tone of voice — be the guardian of brand language, supporting copy quality, training, and consistency across all platforms.
  • Oversee video and creative production — lead the video content strategy, producing visually engaging campaigns.
  • Oversee social media strategy — ensure content across channels aligns with the marketing calendar and brand tone/aesthetics.
  • Manage relationships with outsourced resources (copywriters, designers, print houses) to ensure content is briefed, refined, and executed to a high standard.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally — work with designers, marketing teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration across campaigns.
  • Drive performance — develop SEO-optimised, audience-first content that boosts reach, engagement, and conversions.

Requirements

Essential

  • 2-3+ years experience in content marketing or a similar creative marketing role
  • Proven success in managing content calendars and overseeing global content production
  • Exceptional copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills
  • Strong leadership and people management experience
  • Hands-on experience producing video and multimedia content
  • Ability to define and execute organic media strategies
  • Passion for travel and a keen eye for industry trends
  • Excellent project management, organisation, and multitasking skills
  • Creative, innovative, and collaborative, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels

Desirable

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, or related fields
  • Experience in luxury travel marketing or working across global markets
