Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Campaigns Manager to support the Global Campaigns Senior Manager in delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns across audience acquisition, partner marketing, and membership sales. This role sits within the dedicated client-facing customer hubs and works closely with internal teams including Customer Success, Sales, and Activation. You’ll take the lead on campaign execution for a key group of customers—owning the end-to-end process from planning through to reporting and optimisation.
About the role Support the planning and execution of campaigns that drive engagement, acquisition, and sales across email, social, paid media, and more. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns and alignment with business goals. Brief internal stakeholders and external partners, managing timelines, deliverables, and expectations throughout the campaign cycle. Translate campaign objectives into actionable briefs for studio, CRM, and social teams; ensure asset creation aligns with goals and brand guidelines. Analyse campaign performance and customer behaviour to identify areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to refine messaging, formats, and UX for ongoing optimisation. Using performance data to inform and optimise decision-making.
About you Proven experience delivering marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. Hands-on knowledge of email, social media, paid media, landing pages, websites, and chatbots (expertise in 2–3 of these is ideal). Strong project management and communication skills-able to juggle multiple tasks and translate strategy into action. Experience briefing and managing creative development across teams. Proactive, collaborative, and highly organised with a strong attention to detail. Experience in B2B or subscription-based marketing.
