The Maybourne is proud to introduce a new architectural landmark to London. The final project designed by the late Lord Richard Rogers,The Emorywill be an exclusive, world-class hub of art and culture which marks the addition of a modern masterpiece to the group's global luxury estate. Situated on Knightsbridge and overlooking Hyde Park, The Emory will present 61 contemporary suites set over nine floors.

The Membership Manager is a confident, proactive, guest-focused leader who is adaptable and highly organised with a willingness to grow with the Club. The Membership Manager has strong organisational and management abilities. They can work confidently both independently and as part of a team.The Membership Manager is commercially-minded, and emotionally intelligent, with strong presentation and communication skills and high levels of client empathy.

The Membership Manager is responsible for Club Membership Sales and onboarding of members. Once a member has joined the Club, the Membership Manager will be their main point of contact and liaison for the Club during their membership experience.

The Membership Manager has extensive knowledge of the local area and a valuable personal network. A flexible schedule will be required, as well as the ability to travel as needed. Minimum of 4+ years of experience with a proven track record of leading a proactive team in a luxury, service-oriented, lifestyle business.Reporting to the Club Director, the Membership Manager will also be responsible for working with The Maybourne Society on a variety of group Membership initiatives.

This role is fundamentally sales-oriented, with success measured by clear KPIs including the number of new member sign-ups, conversion rates, average member spend, member retention, and growth of a qualified waitlist. The Membership Manager must have a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and bring creativity to outreach, partnerships, and strategic engagement efforts.
