About WYSPR

WYSPR is a London based UGC agency helping brands like Mars, Unilever, and Panasonic create authentic content at scale. We work with UGC Creators, Influencers, and everyday customers to power campaigns that are real, creative, and performance-driven.

Our Campaign Managers keep everything moving, ensuring creators stay on track, content is delivered on time, and campaigns run smoothly from start to finish. Working hand-in-hand with our Campaign Strategists and Head of Production, they turn ideas into outcomes with precision, speed, and attention to detail.

Role Overview

As a Campaign Manager, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of creator-led social campaigns. You’ll drive execution - managing creators, content workflows, and timeline integrity, while ensuring campaigns remain nimble, responsive, and aligned with strategic vision. Your role will sit alongside Campaign Strategists (who own creative direction and final approvals), but you’ll report to the Head of Production and oversee the day-to-day delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Preparation & Planning
    • Support Strategists & Head of Production in turning briefs into actionable campaigns.
    • Assist with sourcing and shortlisting creators based on campaign requirements.
    • Prepare creator contracts, campaign documents, and timelines to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Campaign Management
    • Act as day-to-day contact for creators: sending briefs, chasing deadlines, and sending feedback.
    • Manage campaign calendars and keep stakeholders updated with progress.
    • Proactively flag potential risks or delays to the Head of Production.
    • Maintain hyper-responsive communication to keep campaigns running on time.
  • Reporting & Insights
    • Collate campaign performance data across platforms and creators.
    • Prepare raw data and performance notes for Strategists to build client-facing reports.
    • Highlight any emerging trends or learnings spotted during the campaign.

What We’re Looking For

The defender of deadlines & master of details

  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail - you’ll manage multiple campaigns without dropping balls.
  • Fast-response loop: great email etiquette, Slack-savvy, responsive to all messages.
  • Confident social media user - knows how to use all features of TikTok and Instagram.
  • Comfortable coordinating creators; building relationships, communicating edits, and keeping energy high.
  • Curious about trends, paid performance, and new formats.
  • Entry-level candidates welcome; if you’ve got ambition, adaptability, and fast-learning instincts, you’ll shine.

Career Growth

  • Immediate path to roles like Campaign Strategist.
  • WYSPR’s always growing - you’ll be able to grow with us.
  • We invest in you: training, tool creds, content labs, and peer mentorship.

Benefits

  • Work with top-tier global brands and creative talent
  • Be part of a fast-growing start-up reshaping how brands connect with audiences
  • Flexible working culture (hybrid or remote)
  • Opportunity to grow into a senior creative or strategy leadership role
