Overview

Marketing Campaign Manager (German Speaking) for easyJet holidays in Europe. You’ll define and deliver the marketing strategy for Germany, Switzerland and France, taking ownership of paid and owned channels to support commercial goals while building brand awareness in these markets.

Responsibilities

  • Work with local marketing teams to deliver joint campaigns across flights and holidays, managing day-to-day planning of activity across homepage, email and social channels.
  • Lead standalone holiday marketing campaigns from briefing through delivery and post-campaign analysis, collaborating with in-house specialists across SEO, paid media, merchandising and analytics to ensure activity is aligned and effective.
  • Hands-on campaign delivery: brief teams, coordinate content across channels, track performance, and manage partner campaigns with tourist boards and airports.
  • Evaluate results and identify improvements for future campaigns, and contribute to the success of easyJet holidays as the business grows across Europe.

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Business fluency in German and experience in a Marketing role (in-house or agency side) managing activity across multiple markets, with experience working with large consumer brands.
  • Strong foundation in digital channels, including PPC, SEO, paid social, display and online video.
  • Understanding of end-to-end campaign processes: briefing, creative development, production, delivery and measurement, with ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights to inform decisions.
  • Organised, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple campaigns across paid and owned channels; strong creative and media judgement; effective stakeholder management; adaptability in fast-changing environments; proactive and able to deliver high-quality work at pace.

Location and working model

The role is full-time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office.
