Overview
The Marketing Operations team sits within our wider Student Success function, whose mission is to positively impact hundreds of thousands of students across the UK and EMEA. Together, we support students throughout their career journey—through the targetjobs platform, social media, ambassador programmes, and industry-leading events.
As part of this collaborative and dynamic team, you’ll contribute to campaigns that engage students both digitally and face-to-face, helping them discover exciting opportunities with top employers. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Campaign Manager and other members of the Student Success and Client teams to deliver high-quality campaigns that support both student outcomes and client goals.
This team thrives on innovation, operational excellence, and a shared passion for student engagement. Whether coordinating an ambassador programme or helping launch a new campaign, your work will play a key role in making a meaningful impact on students’ futures.
