Marketing Campaign & Engagement Specialist

with experience in

retail banking CRM systems

and proven ability to manage

end-to-end campaign delivery . This role goes beyond content creation, requiring strong campaign ownership and cross-team collaboration to drive impactful customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Plan, deliver, and optimise

multi-channel marketing campaigns

(CRM, email, digital, and social) focused on customer engagement and retention. Work closely with

cross-functional teams

including data, product, pricing, compliance, and wider marketing to ensure campaigns are aligned, compliant, and impactful. Use CRM insights to develop tailored strategies that deepen customer relationships and drive measurable outcomes. Coordinate campaign execution, ensuring delivery milestones are met and messaging remains consistent across all channels. Provide campaign reporting, analysis, and recommendations to inform future activity. Required Experience & Skills: Minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing campaign delivery within the

retail banking sector

(not just content-focused). Strong hands-on knowledge of

CRM-driven campaigns , with proven ability to use customer data to inform strategy and execution. Demonstrated success in

working with multiple stakeholder teams

(data, product, pricing, compliance, brand, and marketing). Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to drive campaigns from planning through to delivery and evaluation. Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory considerations affecting customer communications. Ability to balance independent work with cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced environment. This is a contract-based opportunity for a
