Marketing Assistant

Location: Bedfordshire

Salary: £21,000 – £24,000 (depending on experience)

Contract: Permanent, full-time

Start Date: Immediate

The Role:

The Marketing Assistant position is an entry-level opportunity, perfect for someone looking to launch their career in marketing within a fast-moving consumer industry.

Reporting directly to the Senior Brand Manager, the Marketing Assistant will play a key role in supporting the delivery of a wide range of marketing activities.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

* Creating engaging content for brands across digital channels.

* Managing and scheduling social media posts.

* Updating and maintaining marketing decks and materials.

* Supporting the Senior Brand Manager in executing the overall marketing strategy.

* Collaborating with the sales team to help drive business growth.

* Using creative tools such as Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite to design impactful content and assets.

* Assisting with ad-hoc marketing projects and campaigns as needed.

Essential skills & attributes:

* Strong copywriting skills with excellent attention to detail.

* Competence in photo and video editing.

* Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).

* A creative eye and enthusiasm for producing engaging content.

* Strong communication and teamwork skills.

* Ability to work independently when required.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

* A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not essential.

* Desirable (nice to have):

* Photography and videography experience.

* Previous experience with consumer or drinks brands.(Desirable)
