OverviewWe are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team and play a key role in supporting internal and external communications, campaign planning, and brand development. This is an exciting and varied role for someone who enjoys content creation, digital engagement, and contributing to strategic marketing objectives in a values-led organisation.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Marketing Manager in delivering high-impact marketing activities that align with the company's objectives.Collaborate with colleagues across departments, contribute to campaign planning, and help manage our online and offline presence.Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns.Ensure all promotional materials and communications reflect brand values and company ethos.Coordinate the timely scheduling of campaign rollouts and product launches.Create engaging visual and written content for both digital and print platforms.Develop and edit materials using tools like Canva, Adobe InDesign, and other design software.Support the creation of recruitment materials, event collateral, and branded assets.Maintain and update company social media platforms with fresh and engaging content.Help manage multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and social posts.Support website updates and contribute to web content development (basic HTML/CSS knowledge desirable).Track and update marketing campaign performance, using analytics and data dashboards.Maintain campaign trackers and assist in budget monitoring for promotional items.Compile reports to evaluate impact and guide future marketing strategies.Work closely with managers and colleagues across the business to coordinate communication and promotional needs.Build and maintain strong working relationships both internally and with external partners.Assist with media relations and support at recruitment and promotional events.Qualifications & ExperienceAre you a creative and proactive professional with experience in marketing or communications?
