OverviewAn exciting opportunity to join an established brokerage firm as Marketing Assistant. This role is ideal for candidates with experience or who are passionate about marketing, with a focus on social media marketing.ResponsibilitiesHelp with the management and creation of content for all aspects of social media, website, Podcast, and email marketing.Be proactive in creating and participating in engaging content and blogs for different social media platforms.Work closely with the Director and Marketing & Training Manager to increase the number of introducer partners and self-employed brokers in our network.Liaise with external agencies on marketing and point of sales materials.Assist the Director, BDM & Mortgage advisors to help create targeted campaigns.Create reports and analytics from market research and sales completed to measure campaign performance.Willingness to learn and understand commercial finance and mortgage products to help generate ideas for marketing to targeted client bases.Utilise CRM for existing client retentions and to identify renewal lead opportunities.Oversee service and reviews on social platforms, especially Trustpilot and Google reviews.Organise networking events to promote the business and generate new business opportunities.Help create regular workshops to disseminate information in smaller groups, in collaboration with accountants and other external stakeholders.General admin.RequirementsGood knowledge and comfortable usage of all social media platforms including LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Podcasts.Ideally a graduate or equivalent with a marketing or creative degree.Ability to demonstrate strong research skills.Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (preferable).Proficiency in Microsoft applications.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Outgoing personality with strong negotiating skills.Good at multi-tasking.Paid social media/marketing experience.Travel requirements both nationally and overseas.Hours, Benefits & LogisticsHours: 9am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
