Marketing Assistant

Hybrid working, 2 days a week

 Location: Holborn, London

A well-known, leading law firm is seeking a Marketing Assistant to come and join their down-to-earth team. Working in a close-knit team, you will be the glue to the team as you get involved with a variety of exciting events, campaigns, and marketing material. A firm that truly values its employees, you will have the opportunity to have flexible working hours and to work from home two days a week.

Key Tasks will include:

    Generating reports, targeting biz development and CRM initiatives 

    \n\t
  • \n\t
  • \n\t

    Preparing financial reports for monthly management committee meetings  

    \n\t
  • \n\t
  • \n\t

    Assisting with the production of biz development materials 

    \n\t
  • \n\t
  • \n\t

    Website content management and some copy writing 

    \n\t
  • \n\t
  • \n\t

    Supporting with social media 

    \n\t
  • \n\t
  • \n\t

    Supporting the marketing manager with the legal directory submission process 

    \n\t
  • \n\t
  • \n\t

    Sending out email campaigns 

    \n\t
  • \n\t
  • \n\t

    Analysing feedback from client events 

    \n\t
  • \n\t
  • \n\t

    Event management 

    \n\t
  • \n

Experience and Personality:

    \n\t
  • \n\t

    Around one year of admin experience in ideally law, marketing or business development  

    \n\t
  • \n\t
  • \n\t

    A high attention to detail 

    \n\t
  • \n\t
  • \n\t

    An autonomous working style – will be working independently often 

    \n\t
  • \n\t
  • \n\t

    Mature outlook 

    \n\t
  • \n\t
  • \n\t

    Quietly confident (barristers are self-employed so it’s about asking nicely but firmly when things need to be done).
