As a key member of our Accommodation, Catering and Retail (ACR) team, the Marketing and Communications Assistant is responsible for planning, creating, editing and scheduling content across digital platforms including the Halls Life website, UAL website and social media channels. Your work will support communications to both current and prospective students, helping them feel connected and informed throughout their higher education journey. You will ensure all ACR website pages and internal Canvas content are accurate and up-to-date and also play a key part in coordinating departmental events and contributing to university-wide occasions such as College open days. Managing the departmental marketing inbox and liaising with colleagues across UAL will also be central to your day-to-day work, ensuring enquirers are responded to in a timely manner.
