You will help grow brand awareness across our website, retail partners and Amazon store, coordinate with cross-functional teams and translate/localise content for a Spanish audience.This role can be offered as a 5 day (full time) or 4 day (32 hours) working week and will be offered as an initial 6 month FTC.Key ResponsibilitiesGeneralConduct web audits and review website copyOrganise and develop the ‘Brand Bible in Spanish,’ a comprehensive toolkit with approved product claimsCreate FAQs to support Customer ServiceAssist Customer Service with Spanish-related inquiriesSet up marketing activities including translation and localisation of email flowsTranslate content for the website, Amazon, user-generated content (UGC), and influencer scriptsMonitor comments on influencer posts and coordinate responses via the Ancient + Brave Instagram account when neededTranslate requirements for the Affiliate ProgrammePrepare sales reports to track and follow up on KPIsMaintain the marketing calendar and coordinate efforts between teamsBrand AwarenessApprove UGC and influencer contentBrief and translate paid ads for Meta and Google, and provide briefs to the design teamCollaborate with the nutritionist on paid ad content, ensuring verification and approvalSupport influencer and podcast campaignsManage product shipments to influencers and partnersReview and follow up on Amazon coupon campaignsEngagement + PartnershipsResearch and reach out to relevant brands for partnerships at events, newsletters, and Instagram campaignsManage community groups and identify contacts for sample gifting and event partnershipsOversee sample product orders for influencers, partners, events, press, and mediaTrack deliveries and monitor spending against monthly sample budgetSupport event planning including attendee lists, invitations, marketing materials and logisticsGrowth + ReportingOrganise product photo and video shoots; compile data and insights on website traffic, subscriptions, product mix and top productsManage social media reporting, competitor analysis and tracking (Sprout)Prepare and deliver weekly reportsWho You AreNative-level fluency in Spanish with excellent written Spanish and EnglishStrong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesConfident working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholdersGenuine interest in consumer marketing and wellnessPrevious marketing experience, ideally within a D2C brand or wellness-focused businessAgency experience is valuedTo thrive, you should embody Ancient + Brave values: Hungry, Humble, High Performing, Hustle.Interview ProcessApplication ReviewInitial Phone Call (circa 15-20 minutes) with our Talent PartnerVideo Interview (circa 30 minutes) via Google Meet with the hiring managerInterview Task to be prepared at homeIn-Person Interview (60-90 minutes) at our Lewes officeNotesThis role requires full-time work at our Lewes offices; apply only if you can commuteWe are not seeking recruitment support for this role at this timeBenefits & Our CultureWe are a community-built brand focused on balance of profit and purpose.
