As the Marketing & Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing, planning and implementing the company’s marketing and product strategy.
You will work collaboratively with other teams to execute our marketing and product strategy, with particular focus on maximising Reed Learning’s lead generation activities, customer acquisition and website optimisation. As such, you will have the opportunity and responsibility to help Reed Learning become a “digital 1st" proposition and contribute to the overall strategy and success of the business.
Key Responsibilities Work with the Senior Leadership Team to create, own and deliver our ambitious marketing and product vision and strategy. Ownership of marketing and product related KPIs and delivery of reporting & insights to the senior leadership team. Shape and own the customer journey and experience, from customer attraction, website interactions, lead generation to enrolment and retention.
