Sales & Marketing Executive – London, Hybrid (3 days in office)
Are you a dynamic Business Development or Marketing Executive with a proven track record in the creative agency world, who thrives on the perfect blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and building lasting client relationships?
Do you live and breathe experiential marketing, with the drive to turn every lead into a landmark partnership? If so, we want you to be our next Sales & Marketing Executive and help us craft unforgettable brand experiences!
We're looking for someone who doesn't just sell, but who creates genuine connections and drives growth with a creative spark. If you’re ready to bring your hustle and passion for live events to a place where your ideas get the spotlight, then this is the role for you.
What You'll Do:
- Hunt down new business by identifying and targeting key industry clients and exhibitors. You'll be a wizard with marketing campaigns, from Mailchimp automation and strategic cold calls to persuasive pitches that get results.
- Own and energise our marketing campaigns on both a national and international scale, collaborating with our global marketing team to ensure we’re always at the forefront of the experiential stage.
- Drive winning proposals that captivate clients and convert opportunities into signed deals. You'll be a key player in turning initial conversations into successful projects.
- Be our brand's ambassador on the ground! You’ll attend exhibitions and events, networking with industry leaders, gathering high-quality leads, and showcasing why we're the go-to partner for creating impactful brand experiences.
- Craft compelling presentations and communication materials that prepare our internal teams for client meetings and pitches.
- Keep our clients and followers buzzing with regular, engaging updates across our social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and more).
- Maintain and grow client relationships using our CRM tools, ensuring everyone is always up to date with our latest innovations and services.
- Collaborate across teams to brainstorm, strategise, and deliver unforgettable experiential marketing campaigns, from the initial concept all the way through to final delivery.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A genuine passion for sales, marketing, and the electric buzz of live events & exhibitions. You understand the unique challenges and opportunities of this industry.
- The confidence and gravitas to pitch and present to C-level clients, with a track record of winning them over.
- A flair for creative storytelling that not only sells services but also enhances brands and wins hearts.
- Excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail. You’re the one who keeps projects on track and clients thrilled.
- Social media savvy to help us stay top of mind in a fast-moving digital world.
- The ability to juggle multiple projects and communicate clearly and effectively with both internal teams and global clients and suppliers.
Bonus Points If You:
- Have direct experience in experiential or B2B marketing environments, especially within a creative agency.
- Are a master at balancing client needs with internal creativity and budgets.
- Love traveling and can manage on-site events when needed.
