My client is a dynamic and design-led commercial fit-out and refurbishment specialist, delivering innovative workspace solutions across London and the UK. With project values ranging from £150k to £6 million, they work with a diverse client base spanning multiple sectors. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a highly organised and creative Bid Coordinator to join our team and support our Pre-Construction and Marketing functions. As a Bid Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing and producing high-quality PQQs, tender submissions, and supporting proposal documentation. Working closely with Pre-Construction Directors and the wider team, you will coordinate multiple live bid opportunities, ensure brand consistency, and support our marketing efforts through compelling content creation and campaign delivery. Lead and coordinate the completion of PQQs and formal bid submissions for projects valued from £150k to £6 million. * Collaborate with Pre-Construction Directors, Designers, and Estimators to gather technical content and ensure high-quality responses. * Content Creation & Marketing Support: * Assist in the creation of copy for marketing collateral, project case studies, award submissions, and thought leadership content. * Support the development and delivery of targeted marketing campaigns, including content for social media and digital newsletters. * Ensure all written content aligns with the company’s tone, branding, and values. * Design & Software Use: * Proven experience in a Bid Coordinator or Bid Writer role within the construction, fit-out, or design & build sector. * Ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines. * Experience in content writing, campaign copywriting, or B2B marketing desirable. * experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Knowledge of the construction/refurbishment project lifecycle is advantageous
