Job type: Full time/Part-time, fixed term – maternity cover.ResponsibilitiesMonitoring and flagging the competition and frameworks portals for new workCompiling award submissionsWorking with the Management Team to compile bid submissions – content management and design for SQs, ITTs and EOIsCoordinating the team's input to ensure deadlines are metOrganising speaking opportunities at conferences and industry eventsOrganising client feedback interviews on completed projectsUpdating the marketing tracker on all key activities and issuesManaging the Practice's website / social media platforms and responding to mentionsLiaising with external PR and digital contributors to ensure content and outputs are disseminated appropriatelyOrganising internal and external events (Open House/LFA/Clerkenwell Design Week, etc.)Arranging networking events for the PracticeDeveloping printed and online marketing material (e.g., annual Christmas card and mailouts)Updating the image bank and commissioning photography of completed buildingsManaging new and existing project sheetsUpdating contacts database with potential marketing leadsUpdating company website with news items and project contentManaging magazine updates and subscriptionsCandidate requirementsSuccessful applicants should be able to carry out a range of marketing processes to establish potential work and enhance brand awareness. Requirements include: a keen eye for detail, strong writing and prioritisation, and a good feel for the Practice brand. An architecture background is advantageous but not essential. Candidates should have a marketing degree, proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, and at least three years of experience in-house or in an agency.
