Marketing Analytics Manager Taylor & Francis Group invites you to apply for a Marketing Analytics Manager role where you will drive data‑first marketing decisions and turn insights into commercial action. Responsibilities
Support the Marketing team to make strategic, data‑first decisions by designing and optimising marketing reporting and dashboards. Create regular reports and presentations for stakeholders on marketing performance and recommendations. Support A/B test initiatives to enhance conversion rates and customer engagement. Conduct analysis and create actionable insights to drive marketing performance including campaign and channel tracking, benchmarking and goal setting, customer behaviour and segmentation. Develop in‑house training for campaign analysis and reporting. Source and integrate data for accurate reporting, collaborating with Technology and other analytics teams to define marketing reporting requirements and maintain data quality. Line‑manage junior members in the team.
Qualifications
Highly numerate with advanced level Excel. Knowledge and experience in data manipulation, data visualisation and report creation, ideally in Power BI. Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics. Experience in SQL. Experience in working with marketing, customer and sales data. Experience in A/B testing, knowledge of other statistical modelling techniques. A focus on commercial results and making evidence‑based decisions. Problem solving and strategic thinking ability. Outstanding communication and presentation skills to create compelling insights and recommendations at all organisational levels. A focus on learning and self‑development. Experience with the following would be beneficial: Alteryx, Python, R, BigQuery, Marketing Cloud, Sprinklr, Contentsquare, Google Tag Manager.
Location The successful candidate will utilise a balanced working model and live within commutable distance of our Milton Park office in Oxfordshire. A minimum of 3 days per week in‑person time is expected. Benefits
