Marketing Administrator Location: On-site, Plumpton Lewes BN7 3AE Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week) Salary: £25,053 - £28,039 (S3, points 16-20) Contract: Permanent Are you ready to kickstart your marketing career in a dynamic and diverse environment? About the Role As a Marketing Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in executing our annual marketing plan. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and wider team to manage all incoming requests from curriculum and support teams across the College and external stakeholders, create engaging content, support events, and maintain our brand presence across multiple platforms. From managing social media channels to coordinating key college events, your contributions will directly impact our college's growth and visibility. Key Responsibilities
Request Management: Be the first point of contact for internal and external queries and requests, acknowledging these and allocating within the wider Marketing team. Event Support: Assist in planning and executing college shows, open days, recruitment events, and even VIP visits. Content Creation: Develop written and visual content for our digital platforms and maintain an up-to-date media library. Social Media Support: Collaborate with the Marketing Officer to manage and update our social media presence. Marketing Operations: Manage promotional materials, respond to inquiries, and assist with market research. Branding and PR: Ensure brand consistency, help with press releases, and monitor media coverage.
