We’re looking for a Marketing Administrator to provide support across our marketing operations. This role is ideal for someone who’s organised, adaptable and takes pride in keeping creative work moving smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
Support day‑day marketing operations and project delivery
Keep files, assets and documents organised and accessible
Assist with preparing and implementing marketing materials
Help maintain consistency across brand and client projects
Collaborate with designers, writers, and partners to ensure smooth workflows
Contribute to the overall efficiency and structure of the team
About you
You’re efficient, detail‑oriented, and enjoy bringing order to creative work. You’re confident working independently, comfortable managing multiple tasks, and you have a natural eye for presentation and accuracy.
You’ll bring
1–3 years’ experience in marketing
Strong organisational and communication skills – time management is essential
Self‑starter – we're a small agency and typically work remotely
Proficiency in modern marketing tools and platforms (training provided where needed)
A practical understanding of visual content tools such as Canva
A positive, solution‑focused attitude and a collaborative approach
Keen to learn – this is a junior role for someone who is keen to learn and grow
