You will help shape and execute Nectar Marketing plans that serve over 19 million customers, collaborating with cross-functional teams and agencies in a fast-paced environment across CRM, loyalty, and data-driven marketing initiatives.What You'll DoAs a member of the Loyalty team at Sainsbury's, you will drive customer engagement and loyalty through strategic delivery of marketing activities. Responsibilities include scoping, testing and implementing new initiatives to enhance the Nectar loyalty programme, collaborating with internal teams and agencies to execute plans across channels, and leveraging data insights to meet customer and commercial metrics. You will forecast accurately, manage campaign budgets, align communications with a customer-centric approach, and present campaign plans and performance learnings to stakeholders to gain buy-in and understanding of business objectives.Who You AreYou are a seasoned professional with deep experience in CRM and Loyalty marketing campaigns, capable of driving customer engagement and loyalty through impactful direct marketing. You demonstrate strong creative and communication skills, a data-driven approach, and the ability to deliver end-to-end campaigns from concept to deployment that resonate with customers and drive business growth. You have adept stakeholder management and project coordination skills, can manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensure flawless execution, budget adherence, and measurable campaign success.Essential criteriaExperience with CRM and loyalty marketing campaigns.Experience of end-to-end delivery of direct marketing campaigns, from initial brief through deployment.Experience in proposition development, content strategy, creative development, channel integration, and adherence to brand guidelines.Proven experience interpreting data analytics, with the ability to apply learnings and make recommendations based on results.Benefits and inclusionWe are committed to being an inclusive retailer and offer flexible working where possible.
