You track, measure, and prove impact with hard numbers, not just gut feelYou have a proven ability to design, run, and analyse A/B tests that lead to measurable improvementsYou have the technical chops to work with product and engineering on tracking, attribution, and lifecycle triggersYou have a balance of creative skills (copywriting, storytelling) with an analytical edge. You know how to make campaigns both compelling and measurableYou have an experimental, iterative approach.
