About the Opportunity

The business now has an opportunity for a lawyer to join and provide key legal support to its marketing activities. The majority of marketing is digital, so the role will also involve advising on consumer data matters and ensuring proper management of customer data. The role includes marketing regulatory compliance (ASA, etc), brand protection, and digital and tech related to the promotion and protection of the company’s high-profile brands.

About You

The ideal candidate is a marketing lawyer with experience in data privacy and digital marketing, who enjoys collaborating with a business and working on marketing initiatives. Experience with brands, ASA, and ICO is preferred. An interest in luxury products is a plus.
