Legal Counsel, Marketing – In the Business of Brands

This brands business produces luxury consumer products sold and distributed globally, in all markets around the world.

Location: London Area, United Kingdom

Responsibilities

The role provides key legal support to the marketing of the company’s products. The vast majority of the marketing is digital, and you will advise on consumer data matters and ensure customer data is correctly managed. You will be involved with marketing regulatory compliance (ASA, etc.), brand protection, and digital and tech related to the promotion and protection of the company’s portfolio of high-profile brands.

About You

The position will best suit a marketing lawyer with data privacy and digital experience who enjoys partnering with a business and working on marketing initiatives. A background in brands would be useful, along with experience working with the ASA and the ICO. An interest in luxury products would be useful.
