KJ Talent have partnered exclusively with a new generation award-winning luxury skincare brand as they recruit a Junior Marketing Manager to join an incredibly talented team in London. The brand encompasses the simple but effective concept of integrative skincare, which offers products that optimise skin health. This is a hands-on role that would suit someone who is passionate about brand storytelling and is excited to be part of a fast-moving team.
1 - 2 days/week in the office (Central London).

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering marketing campaigns and product launches across digital and physical channels.
• Develop creative briefs and coordinate the production of copy, images, and content for use across social media, email, and retail.
• Ensure all content is accurate, on-brand, and delivered in a timely manner.
• Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community engagement on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms.
• Manage freelance content creator (who will film & edit social content)

What you need to stand out

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum 3 years experience in brand marketing, in the beauty industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
• Proactive about upcoming trends and competitors and how to leverage insights into activity.
• Strong understanding of skincare products, ingredients, and consumer preferences.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Ideally experience with tools such as Canva, InDesign, Klaviyo, Shopify.
