I am hiring for an AVP Digital Growth Manager opportunity for a private bank. The main part of this role is around driving growth through digital marketing and customer acquisition with a strong emphasis on paid media.

Location: London, 3 days per week.

About the Junior Digital Growth Manager opportunity: I am looking to speak with Growth Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and brand growth across multiple regions. This is a senior, hands-on role ideal for someone with strong experience in performance marketing, analytics, and multi-channel campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business teams to understand objectives, customer behavior, and local market trends.
  • Design and implement multi-market digital marketing plans that increase brand visibility and attract new clients.
  • Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across search, social, programmatic, and other digital channels.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce campaign materials that resonate with target audiences.
  • Build reporting frameworks and dashboards to track performance and deliver actionable insights.
  • Continuously test, measure, and optimize campaigns using metrics like cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, and conversion rates.
  • Work with web teams to improve online journeys and implement conversion rate optimization initiatives.
  • Ensure campaigns comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and data privacy requirements.
  • Foster relationships across the organization to share insights, learnings, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience driving measurable growth through digital marketing within financial services.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data analysis, reporting, and deriving actionable insights.
  • Expertise in paid media, customer acquisition strategies, and testing new channels - essential.
  • Understanding of campaign planning, performance tracking, and conversion optimization techniques.

Desirable

  • Familiarity with AdTech platforms and their implementation.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, delivering projects on time and to a high standard.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience marketing across multiple international regions.
