About the Junior Digital Growth Manager opportunity: I am looking to speak with Growth Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and brand growth across multiple regions. This is a senior, hands-on role ideal for someone with strong experience in performance marketing, analytics, and multi-channel campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business teams to understand objectives, customer behavior, and local market trends.
- Design and implement multi-market digital marketing plans that increase brand visibility and attract new clients.
- Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across search, social, programmatic, and other digital channels.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce campaign materials that resonate with target audiences.
- Build reporting frameworks and dashboards to track performance and deliver actionable insights.
- Continuously test, measure, and optimize campaigns using metrics like cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, and conversion rates.
- Work with web teams to improve online journeys and implement conversion rate optimization initiatives.
- Ensure campaigns comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and data privacy requirements.
- Foster relationships across the organization to share insights, learnings, and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience driving measurable growth through digital marketing within financial services.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data analysis, reporting, and deriving actionable insights.
- Expertise in paid media, customer acquisition strategies, and testing new channels - essential.
- Understanding of campaign planning, performance tracking, and conversion optimization techniques.
