Head of Marketing - Leatherhead Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a fantastic client based in Leatherhead who are seeking a Head of Marketing to join their growing Marketing & Comms team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a not-for-profit organisation that really help make a difference to peoples lives! The role will be responsible for managing the full marketing mix and developing the business online presence. You will play a pivotal role whilst managing, leading and motivating a team of 5. Key Responsibilities: Developing communications and social media platforms to increase awareness of the company Managing a marketing team of 4 and working with other departments to ensure consistency of the brand Strengthening engagements across platforms including social media, websites and appropriate affiliate organisations Creating marketing content such as website content, marketing campaigns to showcase offerings to new and existing clients Budget setting of costs and management To be considered for this role, you will need: Experience of managing a Marketing team Have a qualification or degree within Marketing/comms or similar Able to negotiate and persuade a variety of people at every level Direct marketing & CRM management experience Ability to motivate and mentor team members Strong communication skills - able to think outside of the box Strong copywriting and proofreading skills The organisation offers a competitive salary and benefits package including 25 days holiday bank holidays, 35 hour working week, hybrid working, along with genuine opportunities for career development.
