Head of Brand & Marketing Hybrid Why work for us? You'll shape the future of our marketing, developing and delivering the annual Brand & Marketing strategy and executing compelling activity to support B2B and D2C activity. Driven by insights, you'll deliver multi-channel campaigns, digital marketing, events and hospitality that deliver on commercial plans. You'll lead a team of marketers and work closely with Senior Stakeholders across the business, driving initiatives and championing innovation to improve commercial performance and enhance our brand image, promoting our differentiation and protecting our reputation. You bring effective leadership and development skills, the ability to communicate at all levels of an organisation and experience within the financial services, or other highly regulated industry. You're able to influence and persuade, demonstrate your passion for marketing and storytelling, delivering impactful, insightful and innovative content.
