Head of Marketing - Lina Stores

At Lina Stores, we’ve been bringing the flavours and traditions of Italy to London since 1944. From our restaurants and bars to our delicatessens and online shop, every detail celebrates Italian heritage, authenticity, and quality. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate Head of Marketing to lead our marketing function and play a key role in shaping the future of Lina Stores. The role requires a balance of creativity and commercial focus, with proven leadership skills to grow and inspire a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion Lina Stores’ Italian heritage and story through all marketing campaigns.
• Ensure content, social media, and creative output reflect the authenticity and quality of Lina Stores.
• Build partnerships and collaborations that enhance our cultural presence and celebrate Italian traditions.
• Lead guest-focused marketing activity to build loyalty, engagement, and community connection.
• Develop campaigns that reflect generosity and empathy, ensuring guests feel part of the Lina family.
• Collaborate closely with restaurant GMs, operations, and local teams to deliver consistent, guest-first messaging.
• Translate your strategy into clear, actionable marketing plans that drive growth across restaurants, bars, retail, and e-commerce.
• Own and manage the marketing calendar, balancing short-term wins with long-term development of Lina Stores.
• Inspire and develop the Content & Social Media Manager, supporting their professional growth.
• Monitor performance, provide insights, and adapt activity to maximise opportunity and deliver commercial results responsibly.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a senior marketing role within hospitality, restaurants, or consumer brands.
• A track record of creating marketing strategies incorporating creative, commercially impactful campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of content and social strategy.
• Collaborative leadership style - able to coach, inspire, and hold teams accountable.
• Highly organised, commercially savvy, and solutions-driven.
• A true passion for Italian food, culture, and hospitality.
