About us
Log my Care is one of the fastest-growing Care Software start-ups in the UK, having quadrupled its customer base since 2020. Our mission is to digitise the social care sector (care homes and home care agencies) and help hundreds of thousands of carers to provide a better quality of care to the UK’s most vulnerable people. The sector is over 60% analogue and paper-based, losing out on the many benefits technology can bring. We’re passionate about changing this with our awesome mobile App and Web-based tools that make delivering care far, far easier for hard-working carers.
The role
We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to lead and grow our Marketing function at Log my Care. Reporting to Lizzie (Sales & Marketing Director), you’ll own our marketing strategy across brand, demand generation, and customer marketing, making a direct impact on pipeline and revenue.
You’ll shape how we position ourselves in the care tech space, build scalable inbound and outbound engines, and create a culture of accountability within the team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll set direction, enable the team, and deliver campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and growth.
Salary Range: £80K - £100K depending on experience
Location: This role is based in London. Our mandatory in-office days are Wednesdays & Fridays.
As our Head of Marketing, you will:
- Lead strategy & brand: Own and articulate the company-wide marketing strategy across brand, demand generation, and customer marketing. Deliver a clear, accessible marketing roadmap linked to revenue and company goals, and define initiatives to elevate brand awareness and positioning in the care tech space.
- Drive pipeline & customer growth: Execute multi-channel demand generation to deliver qualified opportunities with measurable ROI. Lead customer marketing programmes that drive adoption, retention, expansion, and advocacy, and quantify the impact of major marketing initiatives on pipeline and revenue.
- Plan, execute & report: Produce and maintain rolling monthly channel plans with goals, spend, tactics, and status updates. Deliver campaign performance dashboards and establish lead attribution models to track results, optimise activity, and provide clear insights to leadership.
- Build inbound & outbound engines: Scale content-led inbound marketing across website, SEO, media partnerships, and third-party channels. Support ABM and outbound campaigns, and define and document the Log my Care marketing playbook to guide how we generate pipeline and build awareness.
- Go-to-market launches: Deliver high-quality GTM plans in conjunction with the Product team for product launches, ensuring alignment with sales and product timelines.
- Enable the team & foster accountability: Set clear roles, responsibilities, and scalable processes to reduce agency dependency. Conduct skills audits and deliver development plans to strengthen in-house capabilities, while creating a performance-driven, transparent culture with regular goal setting and follow-through.
- Manage budget & collaborate cross-functionally: Own the marketing budget to ensure spend aligns with revenue goals and business cases. Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align campaigns with business and customer needs, and provide ongoing visibility into strategy, deliverables, and results to stakeholders.
This will be a great opportunity for you if you want to:
- Shape and scale a high-performing marketing function in a fast-growing SaaS business.
- Take full ownership of marketing strategy and execution, from inbound engines to go-to-market launches.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to make a direct impact on revenue.
- Develop your leadership skills by building team capability and creating scalable marketing processes.
- Be part of a mission-driven company that’s transforming the social care sector with technology.
We'd like to hear from you if you have:
- HubSpot mastery: Certifications and proven expertise across HubSpot CRM, CMS, reporting, and marketing automation to scale personalised campaigns.
- PPC, SEO & analytics: Ability to design, run, and optimise campaigns in-house, set up lead attribution models, and measure ROI with clear visibility of cost per lead and overall effectiveness.
- Channel & content expertise: Strong working knowledge across paid, organic, content, email, ABM, and partnerships, with a track record of optimising websites and content strategies to drive inbound growth and conversions.
- Tools & optimisation: Skilled at selecting and managing the right marketing tools, streamlining processes, and benchmarking performance against SaaS best practices.
- Coaching & execution: Experience conducting skills audits, coaching team members, and delivering projects with speed, quality, and measurable impact.
