A community-based company, famed for creating unforgettable experiences for families, is on the hunt for a Head of Marketing, working to build a cohesive brand, drive growth, and maximise revenue.

The right candidate will be a dynamic marketer with the ability to run campaigns across multiple channels, including website, social, and email.

Location: Solihull (three days in office) Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum

At least five years' worth of experience within a multi-channel marketing role Experience within a sports, entertainment, consumer or lifestyle brand would be preferable Demonstrable experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies Previous experience leading teams and managing marketing agencies is required Able to deliver high-profile branding and partnership campaigns with major organisations The ability to manage marketing budgets successfully, ensuring ROI and efficiency Happy to work closely with major commercial partners (household names) to create and deliver joint campaigns
