Overview

Head of Marketing (12-month FTC) to own the full marketing mix at Sims Hilditch. Lead the marketing function across all channels and customer touchpoints, with a focus on growing our B2B, commercial and hospitality business lines in 2026. Form data-driven creative campaigns and oversee social media, performance marketing, PR, content creation, and events. Partner with the New Business function to drive the business development process and champion imaginative problem solving through data analysis. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our brand to likeminded audiences and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Own all marketing activity with support from the marketing and sales executive, with a focus on:
  • Develop and execute the B2B and commercial marketing strategy, including LinkedIn, B2B brand campaigns, and partnership opportunities
  • Manage photoshoots, content, and campaigns for 2026 and beyond
  • Roll out and communicate the sustainability strategy
  • Manage agency partners (PR, digital, web, social) and their output
  • Mentor team members
  • Forge brand partnerships and oversee growth strategies
  • Create high-quality 360 campaigns
  • Generate monthly marketing performance reports, analyze data, and identify new target audiences
  • Collaborate with designers to communicate creative prowess
  • Champion change and stay nimble to meet critical commercial requirements
  • Stay ahead of market movements

Experience & Qualifications

  • An exceptional communicator, team player and mentor
  • Outgoing and inquisitive with a keen eye on evolving marketing and business trends
  • Proactive, organized and adept at multitasking
  • Restlessly innovative and passionate about driving impactful brand engagement
  • Proficient at managing all online and offline marketing channels
