We’ve got the strategy — now we need a brilliant Head of Brand & Comms to realize.
With a clear brand and communications strategy in place, we’re looking for a Head of Brand & Communications to bring it to life—hands-on, highly collaborative, and laser-focused on implementing integrated, high-impact campaigns on execution --- across every channel.
This 12-month fixed-term role is your chance to shape and deliver bold, emotionally engaging, multi-channel campaigns—across TV, cinema, print, digital, PR and internal comms.
Working closely with our Senior Marketing Manager, and their 2 direct reports, you will manage high-profile accounts and top-tier agencies, while staying at the forefront of modern marketing technology and tools to continually evolve how we engage our audiences.
We are looking for our new Head of Brand & Communications to start ASAP.
What You’ll Do:
- Bring our brand and communications strategy to life across all major channels—cinema, TV, print, digital, social, PR, internal.
- Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to drive campaign planning, development and delivery.
- Roll up your sleeves to shape hands-on campaigns—from brief to final output—leveraging the latest mar-tech to enhance effectiveness.
- Manage key agency partners to ensure delivery is sharp, creative, and performance-led, course correcting where necessary.
- Use insights and audience data to guide media strategy, segmentation, and messaging.
- Ensure consistent tone of voice and brand identity across every touchpoint.
- Lead a high-performing in-house team and inspire collaboration and excellence.
- Own and evolve internal communications and our colleague value proposition (EVP)
- Monitor performance metrics and feed insight into future campaign iterations.
What You’ll Bring:
- Extensive Brand and Communications experience, ideally in regulated industries.
- A hands-on approach, as comfortable shaping strategy as you are rolling up your sleeves to deliver with excellence at a large scale.
- A passion for creating and developing impactful, insight-led, audience-first campaigns across a modern media mix
- Strong command of marketing technology and innovation, understanding tools and platforms with a strong grasp of performance data.
- Collaborative, leadership style, to manage complex stakeholder groups and creative/media agencies with clarity and confidence.
