Overview

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Head of B2B Marketing to lead and scale our business-to-business marketing efforts. This leader will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy to drive awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth within the e-commerce merchant and InPost out-of-home location hosts. The ideal candidate has deep experience in multi-channel data-driven B2B marketing, a passion for analytics and ability to align marketing initiatives with commercial and business objectives, with a proven track record in team leadership and stakeholder engagement at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the UK B2B marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals (UK, other markets & Group).
  • Develop and execute data-driven campaigns to drive lead acquisition and pipeline growth, working with the Sales team to convert these to parcel volume and network locations.
  • Define positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonate with our target business audiences
  • Lead in the development of go to market strategy and overseeing the delivery bespoke sales collateral by the team.
  • Work in partnership with our sales and account management teams to define merchant and landlord communication and engagement strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead the development of co-marketing initiatives with both merchants and landlords in order to drive awareness and adoption of InPost\'s OOH proposition and overall parcel volume.
  • Partner with our sales and CRM teams to ensure accurate lead capture, seamless lead handoff, high-quality pipeline, and conversion optimisation, including transparent reporting and impact on sales targets.
  • Oversee the development of presentation decks and talk tracks for c-suite high profile speaking opportunities.
  • Support and drive the scoping, definition and implementation of partner marketing programmes, and communicating the results.
  • Build, manage, and mentor B2B marketing team.
  • Foster a data-driven, results-oriented culture that encourages innovation and accountability.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content including but not limited to case studies, research, webinars, and blog posts.
  • Working within our Communications Framework, position the company and its leaders as industry leaders through PR, speaking engagements, and strategic partnerships.
  • Set KPIs and report regularly on the performance of marketing activities - constantly seeking to optimise cost of acquisition.
  • Utilise data and insights to optimise campaigns and demonstrate ROI.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Progressive B2B marketing experience, including a leadership role, ideally within e-commerce, logistics or retail sectors.
  • Proven ability to build and execute impactful B2B strategies and distinctive campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, CRM, and automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Experience applying AI to enhance marketing performance, targeting, and efficiency.
  • Analytical thinker with a data-driven approach to optimisation and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
