Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Growth: Develop and own the UK B2B marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals (UK, other markets & Group); execute data-driven campaigns to drive lead acquisition and pipeline growth; define positioning, value propositions, and messaging; lead go-to-market strategy and bespoke sales collateral; coordinate with sales and account management to engage merchants and landlords; drive co-marketing initiatives with merchants and landlords; partner with sales and CRM to ensure accurate lead capture, pipeline, and conversion optimization; develop presentation decks and talking points for executive opportunities; scope and implement partner marketing programmes and report results.
  • Team Management: Build, manage, and mentor the B2B marketing team; foster a data-driven, results-oriented culture.
  • Content & Thought Leadership: Oversee creation of case studies, research, webinars, and blogs; position the company as an industry leader through PR, speaking engagements, and partnerships.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Set KPIs and regularly report on marketing performance; optimise cost of acquisition and demonstrate ROI.

What we need from you

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Progressive B2B marketing experience with a leadership role, ideally within e-commerce, logistics, or retail.
  • Proven ability to build and execute impactful B2B strategies and campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, CRM, and automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Experience applying AI to enhance marketing performance, targeting, and efficiency.
  • Analytical thinker with a data-driven approach to optimization and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities.
