This role will focus on driving demand generation through targeted strategies and enhancing our marketing efforts to build brand visibility and attract the right customers.
Role Overview
The Growth Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in building and executing strategies to attract, engage, and convert target accounts. This individual will own the lead generation process through account-based marketing (ABM), manage and optimise the CRM to support sales and marketing activities, and contribute to broader marketing and social media initiatives that fuel pipeline growth. You will also support the sales team in proactive engagement, website activity tracking, and maintaining key partnerships with design and SEO experts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & ABM
- Develop and execute targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns to engage high-value accounts.
- Support the sales team by being proactive in website activity, monitoring visitors, and initiating conversations to drive engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify target accounts and build personalised, account-specific engagement strategies.
- Monitor, analyse, and optimise ABM activities to ensure maximum ROI and engagement.
- Partner with relevant industry partners to enhance reach and effectiveness of ABM campaigns, leveraging joint marketing efforts and shared resources.
- CRM Management
- Oversee day-to-day management and optimisation of the ZOHO CRM.
- Ensure data integrity, accurate reporting, and implement lead nurturing workflows to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
- Develop dashboards and insights that empower internal teams to make informed decisions and optimise their approach.
- Marketing & Social Media
- Manage and execute social media campaigns, sharing content, thought leadership, and brand messaging to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels, including email, paid advertising, content marketing, and events.
- Take ownership of the company s social media accounts to increase brand visibility, drive engagement, and build a community of followers.
- Collaborate on content development such as case studies, blog posts, videos, and other creative assets to support marketing initiatives.
- Ensure consistency across all channels and work closely with our brand partner to maintain a unified voice.
- Explore and manage other growth channels such as SEO and PPC to generate traffic, improve search visibility, and drive paid ad conversions.
- Wider Marketing Support
- Take on a wider role supporting the sales team and Meritec+ in networking and event creation/management to drive lead generation and brand recognition.
- Act as the main point of contact for key partners ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment with marketing objectives.
- Analytics & Growth Tracking
- Track, analyse, and report on lead generation performance and pipeline contribution.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing campaigns and sales conversion rates.
- Experiment with new growth tactics and tools (e.g., paid ads, SEO, PPC, and other growth marketing strategies) to drive customer acquisition and business expansion.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to optimise marketing spend and ensure campaigns align with overall growth objectives.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience of 3-4 years in growth marketing, demand generation, or ABM within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding and experience with account-based marketing strategies, execution, and measurement.
- Hands-on experience in CRM management (preferably ZOHO).
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, and paid advertising.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive decisions and optimise campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
