Growth Marketing Manager – Edinburgh (hybrid) – Up to £55,000 – Full time & permanent

Iconic Resourcing are delighted to be supporting a high growth consumer brand with the appointment of a Growth Marketing Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with real purpose, playing a key role in attracting new customers and driving wider brand impact.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver acquisition strategies across a blend of digital and traditional channels.
• Identify and target new customer groups through innovative campaigns.
• Manage campaigns from planning to delivery, ensuring they meet performance goals.
• Use insights and data to continuously refine and optimise activity.
• Collaborate with colleagues across marketing, product, and other functions to ensure alignment.
• Monitor trends and competitor activity, keeping campaigns fresh and relevant.

We’re looking for someone with

• Experience in growth and acquisition marketing, ideally in e-commerce, FMCG, or consumer-focused industries.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in tools such as Google Analytics and CRM systems.
• A solid understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns end-to-end with a focus on ROI.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
• A creative mindset and genuine interest in consumer behaviour and brand growth.
