Growth Marketing Strategy and Performance: Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and continuously optimise growth marketing campaigns across channels (paid, organic, referral, email, and more)
  • Analyse user journeys, pinpoint growth levers and friction points, and design creative tests to improve acquisition and retention
  • Collaborate with product, design, content, and analytics teams to implement cross-channel strategies tailored to our diverse audience
  • Monitor campaign metrics, extract insights, and report on measurable outcomes to inform ongoing strategy
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends in digital marketing, marketing automation, and consumer behaviour
  • Advocate for data-driven decision making while maintaining a deep customer focus
  • Champion continuous improvement by sharing learnings, growth wins, and best practices with the entire organisation

Ideal Growth Marketing Manager Profile

  • Data-Driven & Analytical: Expert in tracking KPIs, funnel analysis, conversion metrics, and A/B testing; confident working with analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar)
  • Strategic & Creative: Skilled at building, iterating, and scaling multi-channel growth experiments for users and revenue
  • Excellent Communicator: Communicates clearly and concisely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; able to present complex insights with impact
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience with modern marketing stacks (automation platforms, CRM systems, ad managers, etc.)
  • Collaborative Mindset: Values open discussions, feedback, and shared success across teams
  • Previous Experience: At least 2 years in a growth, performance marketing, or digital marketing role (preferably in tech, SaaS, subscription, or marketplace environments)
