Marketing Manager - Brand & Growth (Coworking Office Spaces) at Spacemade. This role focuses on building a meaningful brand and a powerful growth engine to drive both reputation and revenue.
Location: London EC1M 7AJ (Hybrid) – Office in Farringdon on Mondays & Thursdays, 2 days WFH. Base pay range: £45,000–£55,000 depending on experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand-to-growth connector: translate brand investment into lead quality and conversion, not just awareness.
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns balancing long-term brand equity with short-term commercial results.
- Hands-on CRM marketing (ideally HubSpot): segmentation, nurture flows, reporting, and driving enquiry quality.
- Operate with a commercial mindset: manage CPA, CPL, CVR and tie results to revenue growth.
- Lead and develop junior marketers; manage agencies and freelancers to deliver outputs.
- Your Focus
- Guard, grow and amplify the brand: convert Spacemade’s positioning (Meaningful Connections, hospitality-first, community storytelling) into campaigns and content that increase visibility and build brand equity.
- Feed the funnel: ensure top-of-funnel activity primes and nurtures the right audiences to maintain a healthy pipeline.
- Engineer growth: design campaigns that turn awareness into qualified demand, merging brand and performance into a measurable system.
- Own central MQL capture & nurture: improve website performance, SEO, and HubSpot CRM flows.
- Manage the team: lead the Marketing Executive (Content & SEO) and the Social Media Content Creator to align with brand and growth objectives.
- Partner with others: collaborate with Field Marketing on GTM launches and with agencies/freelancers to deliver measurable ROI.
Success Metrics
- Integrated campaigns increase brand equity and qualified private office leads.
- Improved enquiry quality and conversion through website and CRM optimization.
- Top-of-funnel brand activity consistently primes the pipeline.
- Junior marketers develop ownership of clear outcomes.
- ROI from agencies and partners with aligned brand and performance activity.
Qualifications & Skills
- Extensive marketing experience with proven success in brand and growth campaigns.
- Hands-on experience running integrated, multi-channel campaigns (online and offline).
- Experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred).
- Ability to manage agencies, freelancers, and mentor junior team members to meet objectives and KPIs.
- Strong written and verbal communication with attention to brand design consistency and detail.
- Commercial mindset linking marketing activities to pipeline, conversion and revenue outcomes.
- Experience in long-cycle, high-value B2B or B2B2C environments; brand trust and nurture are critical.
- CRO and UX optimization: enhance website journeys and enquiry flows to boost conversion rates.
- Content-led growth: use storytelling and editorial content to drive demand and strengthen brand credibility.
- Partnership marketing: building and leveraging external partnerships for greater reach.
- Experience in property, hospitality, coworking, or flexible workspace is helpful but not required; transferable skills are valued.
